EXTRA TIME Extra time is offered at $40 per additional 30 minutes. Parents and Grandparents (or other adults) are welcome to all parties. BEFORE THE PARTY Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before the start of your party. Do not allow the children to enter the gym area before the instructor takes them there. AFTER THE PARTY Please leave the building within 15 minutes after the end of your party to give the instructor time to clean up and prepare for the next event. SUPERVISING YOUNGER SIBLINGS The party format is set up for children 4 years and older. If a younger sibling is attending the party, an adult must stay with and supervise the child at ALL TIMES. TAKING PICTURES Feel free to take pictures / videos during the party. PARTY FORMAT The 90 minute party includes 1 hour of gym time (obstacle course, cheer/dance time, tumbletrak & games) and 30 minutes for refreshments and gifts. No one is permitted back into the gym to play during or after refreshments. REFRESHMENTS You will need to provide cake or cupcakes, drinks, plates, napkins, and party favors. We provide the setup, table coverings, and clean-up. DEPOSIT Half of the cost of the party is required to reserve a party. Parties may be scheduled on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday during the months of August – May or any afternoon-evenings during June and July! Please call 662-534-2458 to secure your party date. |
